MAIL ORDER
It would greatly assist us if you could please indicate
some alternatives when placing your order. Where alternatives are
not indicated, we will endeavour to make suitable substitutes; if
this is not acceptable, then please indicate "no substitutes on your
order form. The enclosure of a "not to exceed" cheque enables us
to adjust your payment accordingly.
Please allow up to 28 days for processing of orders, (longer
during the winter months ); delays are due to bad weather .
PAYMENT with orders please, and should include postage and
packing. Please include a few alternatives and a "Not to
exceed" cheque, and we will complete
to the value of goods
that we are able to supply. Cheques should be made payable to E.
MORGAN
Orders are despatched, weather permitting, throughout the year
in strict rotation. All plants are sent ex pots and with excess
soil removed. On arrival plants
should be unwrapped and potted up
or planted out immediately. Water in well. Despatchby Royal Mail
Parcel Service is usually on a Monday, hopefully ensuring delivery
within that week
Orders are not despatched over bank holiday weekends.
POSTAL TERMS
Deliveries are by Royal Mail Parcel Service.
Normal Royal Mail Parcel Service 3-7 days, please
add £7.00 for postage and packing.
24 Hour service please add £18.00 for postage
and packing.
The sending of an order implies acceptance of the terms
and conditions.
COMPLAINTS
Every effort is made to ensure that plants reach you in
good order and correctly named. Should any complaint arise, please
notify the nursery within
7 days of receiving your order so that the problem can be
dealt with promptly.
